Every pregnancy is different....

You've heard the saying a million times. Every pregnancy is different. Some people would disagree cause their experience was different but for the most part its true. They are different. Granted when I was pregnant with Chloe, I didn't care cause she was my first *well first that went full term*. Chloe's pregnancy, I was a little nauseous but soon we discovered it was related to milk. If I had milk I got nauseous and sometimes threw up but otherwise, I was fine. And I can't even remember when it was gone but I think by 12 weeks. I was due Aug 1st with her and it was a very hot summer but I never reached the 'get this baby out of me now' stage. Sure I complained and had moments of being uncomfortable but never bad. Just uncomfortable. Her birth was a different experience even for my mom who was able to be at all 4 of my sisters babies being born. Chloe decided, or rather God, that we all should be tested and after having my water broken 14 hours early, she decided to flip to a breech position resulting in a c-section. Now I never felt contractions with her, I was already on the epidural when they started, and I didn't have braxton hicks with there that I can remember. And because of the c-section, mom couldn't be in the room and because of where we lived, we were pretty much gonna have a c-section every time we had babies.

Then I got pregnant with Josiah. He was different. His movements were a little rougher then Chloe's. I swore he was doing somersaults in there! I had morning sickness bad enough I had to take promethazine but it went away at 14 weeks. And since I was a repeat c-section, I never did go into labor or have contractions even though he was 3 days early. I did have some braxton hicks but at the time wasn't really sure. And again, never once reached the 'get this baby out of me now' point with him either. Although his kicks were pretty vicious!

And now, here I am pregnant with our 3rd and so done. I have been at the 'get this baby out of me now' stage probably for a couple of months now! I was done at 9 weeks. I didn't want to go on. I had worse morning sickness that promethazine didn't even touch and zofran made bearable. 18 weeks if this! And this baby is way more vicious in the kicking department the Josiah was. OMW this baby can kick. Ever been kicked in the behind from the inside? Yeah me neither till this baby!! lol I had groin pain, way more braxton hicks, and way more aches and pains this time around. swollen feet, headaches, more uncomfortable! The works! To the point that I feel like I could seriously discover what contractions are because of the difference in this pregnancy. Granted I am not sure I would actually recognize it :P But it could definitely happen! This baby is bigger then my first two. I maybe measured 2 days early with one of them but this one got my due date changed from Aug 8 to Aug 1 and I was measuring a week ahead of that! I see my new ob Monday so will know how baby is measuring right now. But 2 weeks ahead of my original due date! I will be 37 weeks in 2 days and hopefully will have my c-section July 19th which would put me at 38 weeks! Hoping the dr will go for it since we will have a sitter then and it will be before my daughters birthday then as well! This Aug baby is no longer an Aug baby and will be a July baby. Its just a matter of when!

I have several friends who their pregnancies were different and several friend who couldn't tell you the difference between their pregnancies cause there were none. For me, they were definitely different. I definitely live up to that saying!! As miserable as I am though, I can't wait to meet this new bundle of joy and can't wait to see how both kids react! It's gonna be awesome!
