My life today
Today is Oct 20th. My daughter is 12 weeks old today. Almost 3 months. Wow is my life different. Im not accomplishing much like I use to. My time is taken by my little angel. Laundry, clean house, dishes, these things are not important and if I dont get to them its not the end of the world. Diapers, spit up, crying, this is my life. One I want and one I enjoy very much. Chloe is sleeping through the night now which is amazing! I love sleep! We are trying to transition her to the crib and slowly having success. We have the bassinet in her crib and will be taking the bassinet out in a couple of days to see how she does. She is talking more, interacting more and getting so big! As of yesterday she was 14 pounds! And she is a very healthy baby! I love watching her sleep, eat, talk, smile, and even cry. She is so beautiful and it amazes me every day that she mine and I dont have to give her back to someone. I never knew you could love someone so much when you have only known them for a little bit. These days Im able to do more in the house and get things done. My house is actually clean! Its kinda nice. Chloe is awake more during the day which makes life real interesting but fun. I thank God all the time for her. It is nice to have friends too with kids and are going through the same we thing are. Like Becky and Jason whom we met in birthing class. Their daughter Kayla is one day younger then Chloe and to see the differences and similarities is fun. They are two completely different people and yet do alot of the same stuff. Its cute! And it helps me to have another mom going through the same things I am. We can get together and talk about it and what works for us and doesnt work for us. And its nice to make new friends! I know my life will only get busier and fuller and more rewarding as she grows and as we add to our family. And Im very excited about the new things headed our way! God definitely knew what he was doing!
