Needing some advice on something....

Jacob and I are currently looking for a house to buy. The market here isnt the best. A newer 3 bedroom house would be 200,000 or more so most the houses we can afford are a lot older and need more work. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house with a garage since we will probably be there with two kids. We found a house thats nice and right at the end of what we can afford but also not exactly what we want. Its a 2003 2 bd/2 ba house with a 2 car garage. Its very nice but like I said, right at the end of what we can afford and not exactly what we want. Now there is a new housing development that will be built in College Place that are rumored to be around our price range. They have some built in Walla Walla and they are really nice homes but the ones in Walla Walla are over our limit. The ones in College Place are possibly gonna be around our price range and we would be able to get what we want. However they are having a hard time doing their pricing because they are having issues with the lots and the placements of the lots and so until that is done, we wont have the prices. Im afraid of going for the 2 bd house only to find out that if we waited long enough we could have gotten the Hayden Home. But I dont want to wait so long that we lose the 2 bd house. So, those of you that have bought a house, are buying a house, or want to buy a house, I would like your input on it. I would like to know what you would do in this situation and what the best possible course of action would be. Thank you all for you help! Love and God Bless!
