This is me talking, not my husband.

I realize that every person is different and I know we all have our opinions and morals and principles. But what gives us the right to turn people against someone else cause they dont agree with?? Im so sick of all the political crap! People dissing on Obama and McCain. You dont agree with them, fine dont! But that doesnt mean you have to change other peoples minds. I've seen nothing but alot of crap as far as myspace and facebook friends go, about Palin. That fact that she has a 17yr old daughter who is pregnant, because apparently that makes her less able to do her job. I've heard nothing but dissing and people posting videos and blogs and crap about how horrible she is and that we should rethink our vote for McCain/Palin and all this other crap. NO ONE IS PERFECT!! Im sure if people dig far enough in everyone's lives they will find horrible things. But that doesnt reflect on who they are or what kind of job they can do. Why focus on the negative? Why assume someone cant do their job based on something they cant really control?? Seriously! My mother is an amazing woman of God. She's my role model. Someone I hope to be like someday. She's an amazing mother who is there for me even when it seems like a childish problem Im having. She has really become a great person who loves the Lord alot and trys to do what he says and I know someday God will truly bless her HUGELY! But, not to dis on my sister in any way, she was 17 years old when she got pregnant. We both grew up in the same house with the same rules and the morals. We were both christians who went to church all the time. We both had great christian friends who would hold us accountable. And still my sister got pegnant. People like to blame my mother. Which just isnt true. I grew up there and I didnt get pregnant. Its not my mothers fault. You teach your children everything you can about life and what is good and bad and you hope they follow those and grow up with a better knowledge and without doing anything bad. But guess what, they still make bad choices. Even PK's have problems and their parents are the pastors!! And yet we judge the parents and blame them for not keeping better control of their kids. In the end, we all make our own choices and we cant blame our parents when we didnt make the right ones. We're big enough to make the choices, we big enough to deal with the consequences. So why should we diss on the politcal people cause of what their children did or didnt do?? It has nothing to do with how they will or will not run our country. And to be honest, if you dont like Obama or McCain, then dont. But stop trying to get everyone on your side cause you disagree with the other one. Stop telling people they cant vote for who they want or believe what they want. Let them have their own opinion. If you dont like, tough! Its not your decision to make! Seriously, BACK OFF! I have no clue who to vote for, Im not sure I want to vote this year cause Im not real impressed with the choices. However, I will make my OWN decision and I will do my OWN research. I need you telling me how I can or cant vote. Im a big girl who's been making my own decisions for a very long time. Thanks but no thanks.
